Four axes independent UV work. Automatic threading. High-speed automated wire EDM machining. Work pieces to 16.0 inches thick. EDM Tapping. EDM Ram-Type. Small hole EDM (down to .005”). Large travel EDM machines. CNC high-speed small hole EDM. Small wire diameters (down to .004”). Submerged cutting for thermal stability and uninterrupted cuts. Taper angles to +-45 degrees. Closed loop glass scales on all five axes for positional accuracy of .000020”. Clean Cut generator for producing components in titanium for the medical fields that have to come in contact with humans. Advanced CAD/CAM equipment with file transfer and translation capabilities. Project sizes ranging from prototypes to high volume production. Premier customer service and response time.
